The E-Office Solutions LLC team is made up of certified payroll experts, certified human resource professionals, and other experienced bookkeepers dedicated to helping you maintain and improve your office.
Robert came to us with ten years of experience as a CFO in the trucking, wholesale petroleum, and real estate industries. He has eighteen years of experience in retail management and retail sales. He has now accumulated over a decade of accounting experience in the RTO industry.
Robert has extensive experience in accounting system conversions, ERP software implementations, and developed an operating system with a computer programmer for the trucking industry. He continually strives to increase efficiencies using software and IT solutions.
Robert has a BS in Accounting from Florida Southern College and is a member of the Institute of Managerial Accountants.
Bertie Charland has 20 years accounting experience. Bertie is open to learning new ways of doing things and takes on challenges that are sometimes out of her comfort zone. Bertie works with Management team to find solutions.
Bertie is Controller and Partner of E-Office Solutions, LLC and E-Office Payroll Solutions, LLC. She has been with the company since inception for over 20 years. Prior to joining us, Bertie was in Retail Management for over 10 years with Winn Dixie. She worked her way from cashier to location manager.
Bertie works closely with the Bankers and Insurance Brokers to ensure our clients are getting the best results. Communicates with the owners during renewal of insurances to keep them posted every step of the way.
Bertie has BS in Accounting. She lives in Florida with husband. She enjoys fishing and going to the beach.

Nikki Ozment has been with E-Office Solutions since July 2022. She attended Keiser University, graduating with an associate’s degree in accounting in May 2022. She was born in Arizona, raised in Colorado then moved to Florida in 2015 with her parents. She enjoys spending her free time out with friends or at home with her cat.
Denise Thompson has been working in the accounting field for four years. She has an associate’s degree in business administration and is presently working towards her bachelor’s degree in accounting. She has had several years of experience in the following industries and professions:

Frank Quintana recently joined the E-Office team to assist with a variety of accounting duties. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Florida Southern College and is currently working toward his master’s degree in accounting at Florida Atlantic University.
Leah Pemberton joined the E-Office Solutions team in 2020 and has been in the accounting field for a total of five years. She has her master’s degree in business administration from Florida Southern College.

Natasha Sowani has over 16 years in the public and private accounting field. She is a graduate of the University of South Florida and holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and accounting.
She began her career at a small tax and accounting firm performing a wide range of duties while working on her bachelor’s degree. She then transitioned to a management position at a public firm for eight years, where her work focused on governmental accounting, including financial reporting, treasury services, construction, and audit.
Her drive for career advancement led her to a controller position at a vitamin manufacturing firm, where she managed both the accounting and inventory departments for a year before they were acquired. At E-Office Solutions, Natasha manages a team and oversees the accounting for several of our clients.

Stephanie joined E-Office in May 2016 and has worked with several of our clients. Currently she is the assistant controller for our Pet Supplies Plus and Wag N Wash franchises.

Tony Coleman has been with E-Office Solutions for 2 ½ years.
He came to us with 26 years of RTO experience. All of his experience was with Buddy’s Home Furnishings. Tony is not only a leader. He has excellent auditing skills which have been an asset with reconciling the credit card transactions between Merchant Service and Buddy’s POS system. He also is responsible for processing the chargebacks for the Buddy’s Home Furnishings and Rent-A-Center locations.
In addition to this, he’s also the fleet manager for Buddy’s. While at Buddy’s, Tony started as an account manager and worked his way up to division manager for five and a half years. He was awarded Division Manager of the Quarter on eight separate occasions, earning respect and the nickname of “by the book Tony”. He was later transferred to the corporate office as a field auditor. It didn’t take long before he was the banking/auditing manager for Buddy’s Corporate Office for nine-plus years. This is where he received his fleet management experience, taking on both departments for eight months. He’s not only a dedicated employee but also a grandfather of four boys that keep him busy on the weekends.
Brenda has been working in the accounting field for over the years and has an Associate Degree in Business Administration. She is currently six classes away from her bachelor’s degree. She has over 33 years of experience in the medical field with 18 years in dermatology, seven years in a hospital setting, six years in the family practice area, and two years in emergency services.

Christina has thirty-five+ years of work experience in A/P, A/R, payroll, HR, general ledger, account reconciliations and financial reporting in equestrian, construction, manufacturing and retail markets.
At E-Office Solutions, Christina assists “Bertie” with Quartermoore Financials, is back up for Pods A/P as needed, and assists with HR benefits as well.
Christina Santos is a rare “Florida” native, born and raised in the Tampa Bay area, yet claims Virginia as her own little piece of heaven on earth. Christina also enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and pets.

Jenny Parks has been working in the trucking field for 19 years. She has had several years of experience in the following industries and professions: data entry, auditing, shipping and receiving.
Missy Brady has been working for E-Office for three years. She currently handles the accounts payable division for BB BHF Stores. She has studied for her AS in accounting and has 25 years of experience in accounting, focusing on real estate, pet supplies, and rent-to-own franchises.
Nicole Filippoli is a new employee for E-Office Solutions and started in March 2022. She joined the company in the accounts payable department to take over the Wag N Wash locations. She previously worked at Amazon for five years as a robotics technician after moving to Florida from New Jersey in 2016.

Sandy has been with E-Office since 2005, working on several clients during that time. Currently she does receivables for our PODS franchises and payables for our Buddy’s Home Furnishings franchises. She is also a notary and handles important documents for all clients.
Shannon Valentine has been working at E-Office since 2018. Shannon handles accounts payable for Buddy’s Home Furnishings franchises. She has a strong rent-to-own background, as she worked for Buddy’s corporate for 20 years. Shannon has years of experience in purchasing and inventory control.
Sharon Hinson is a small business owner with over 25 years of experience working in the RTO Industry, as well as over 50 years of retail and customer service experience.
Tabitha has been working in the accounting field for a year with E-Office Solutions and off and on with several other companies, getting her start in the restaurant hospitality industry. She worked 10 years in the restaurant hospitality industry doing several things before working in repairs and retail merchandising fields. She is currently handling the payables for pet store franchises.
Theresa Gardner has been working in the accounting field for 16 years. She has had several years of experience in the following industries and professions: hotel industry, veterinary, internet technology, trucking.
Vicky Leffelman has been working in accounting for over 30 years and currently has been with E-Office since 2021. Started in the automotive industry in license and title and moved on to payables and receivables. Managed a small car lot for 18 years and made the move to the Sunshine State.
As Payroll Manager, Claudia oversees all aspects of payroll for E-Office Payroll Solutions, LLC including: organizational, talent and leadership development, recruiting, associate engagement, employee relations and risk management, benefits administration, payroll tax compliance, as well as payroll administration.
Claudia assisted with the implementation and training of new payroll software. She is very knowledgeable in this area and is the go-to person for any needs the team may need.
Prior to joining E-Office Payroll Solutions, LLC, Claudia served as sales coordinator with PODS Enterprises and later became accounts receivables manager for PODS franchises. Claudia still assists the A/R and management team with PODS needs, such as pricing and business decisions. She continues to build relationships with her team and business partners to ensure smooth handling of matters.
Claudia earned her B.S in business administration from Worcester State and is a member of American Payroll Association (APA). Formerly a New Englander, Claudia currently lives in Orlando with her husband. She loves to travel – experience new cultures, try new food, build relationships. Claudia is also an avid sports fan.
Kristie has been with E-Office for four years. She worked in the accounts payables department for three years prior to moving to the payroll department. Kristie’s background is in construction.
Michele Hulbert is the payroll operations director of E-Office Solutions. Michele has worked in the human resource, payroll and benefit outsourcing industry for 33+ years. Her experience and expertise are human resource information systems, process engineering, training and leadership. Michele has owned a start-up administrative service organization.
She has held leadership roles in professional employer organizations and government businesses servicing 1,200 to 175,000 work site employees. Michele has a bachelor’s degree from Eckerd College in organizational development and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional.
She possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and understands how important these services are to the business she serves. She is excited to be part of the E-Office Solutions team and looks forward to supporting our clients.
Thelma Childs establishes an open line of communication between our clients, employees and managers. She ensures their questions or concerns are resolved in a timely manner.
Thelma has 10 years of experience in our payroll/HR department, where she handles a wide variety of duties from basic HR questions, assists our client employees to enroll in health benefits, processes payroll, reviews background and MVRs for compliance, and sets up garnishments, tax levies, and writs in clients employees’ file. She also calculates and files quarterly taxes for the state of Pennsylvania.
When she is not working, Thelma enjoys volunteering in the community, where she utilizes her excellent problem-solving skills to help run successful fundraisers for small nonprofit groups. She enjoys working with and helping people any way she can.
Christian Santana has 10 years of customer service experience, three of which as the general manager of a national chain franchise location. He is a graduate of Polk State College, earning an associate’s degree.
He transitioned from the restaurant industry to E-Office Solutions in June 2021, where he currently works as part of the IT/software team, providing technology support and software development for the E-Office team and their clients.
