With over twenty years of experience, Robert has a hands-on approach to develop, lead, and manage the financial operations, including all aspects of accounting, cash management, A/R, A/P, Inventory, and Process and Procedures. He leads all general ledger activities, design processes and metrics that create visibility into operational performance. He ensures strong financial infrastructure and internal controls to support continued growth. Robert leads an accounting and finance team to ensure meaningful financial and operational reporting to help drive decision making.
